Previous gen rav4 is better. More spacious nicer in most trims and a much smoother 4 cylinder with a smooth 6 speed auto

Beige interior inside on a metallic black RAV4 with the black diamond cut mag wheels, or the two tone light ash grey interior inside on a lunar rock coloured RAV4 look supreme. Can't decide between the two, what are the chances of finding one of these on lot or how long wait on order in Australia if anyone knows, thank you.

WE had our 2022 RAV4 Limited Hybrid since Mid-March. We really enjoy our vehicle. What annoyed me was that is came withOUT the Built In Nav, (Yes I know we can use our phone but I wanted the Built in...Reasons) Since we added all that could be added to our RAV4 I was stunned that it came withOUT the Nav Package We did not have much choice either. We waited 6 months for this RAV4. As you know it was all about the Chip Shortage so when they told us that a LIMITED Hybrid came in with both the Tech & Weather Package we took it. Thinking it would automatically have the Nav Package like previous models of LIMITED Vehicles from Toyota in the past. We were up north this summer and we were using our Phone Nav... However, we ran out of road with it. If we had the Toyota Nav Package we would not have 'Run out of Road'. Other then that it has been a fun, reliable, fuel saving vehicle...

Hey Jeff enjoy your reviews. When I picked up my 2021 Limited the sales rep showed a hided feature that i have never seen covered in a review. The remote car start. It works as follows: push the lock button on the key fob twice and on the third time hold the lock button until the lights flash. Release and the RAV4 will start remotely. It might be interesting if any other trim levels does this. FYI my RAV4 was built in Canada 🇨🇦. Thanks for the reviews.

I like the look of cut out windows on the front. My vehicle has them and it sure makes a difference. Not many manufacturers do that. I like the upgrades. Good job Jeff! 😊

In Europe the RAV4 comes now with the new infotainment system and new digital cluster. I ordered the Rav4 Prime (plug-in) with new system. Great review!

I love my 2021 RAV4 Prime. I just wish Toyota would upgrade that horn! I got rid of that wimpy horn and I installed a PIAA Super bass horn, sound much beefier and STRONG!

What do you think about a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited vs 2023 Venza Limited . I know the changes. May I purchased a Venza Limited for one twin, looking to buy one of the above this spring. I think Venza is more upscale- I like folding mirrors & HUD. Other twin picked RAV4 but she’s not a car person.

I just got a 2022 RAV 4 limited, and the JBL 11 speaker system is standard on it, but an option on this one? Interesting. I got the silver sky metallic color, but wanted white (would have had to wait a long time probably to get it). I absolutely love mine!

Hi Jeff! I’m loving my 2022 Limited 🥰. I’m confused on the wheels, mine are darker? Mine is a hybrid. Love the heated and ventilation seats. Haven’t figured out the memory seats or auto high beam. I guess I did it wrong, oncoming cars were flashing me, oops!

For the memory seats, you adjust your seat the way you want it and then on your door (drivers side obviously) you press "Set" and "L1" (or "L2") together, it'll beep at you implying it's saved your settings. This is for 2 driver (or more, but can only save 2 positions) vehicles. If you share with your significant other, she/he can have "L2". When you get in, you press "L1" and it moves the seat to where you had it. Regarding the auto high beams, they switched the functionality around and I'm not happy with it. I turned in a 2019 lease and got a 2022 lease, both have Auto-High beams. The 2019 model, with the button pressed, the auto high beams only worked if you had your high beams ON. This made sense to me, and it worked well. If you're in an area with lots of lights you can simply turn off the high beams and the "auto-high beams" won't come on. Now on the 2022 model, the Auto high beams ONLY work when in "low beam" mode. It's not even close to a perfect system, but the old method worked well, so now with the 2022 model you have to pull back the lever to temporarily take it out of high beam mode (which normally would flash high beams, and will still do it if you do it twice), or reach down to the awkward location of the button to turn it off. In my opinion, they totally ruined this option. Hight beams should NEVER come on when you have it in the low beam mode. Completely stupid. If someone is aware of doing it differently, I'm all ears!

Thanks! My husband doesn’t drive my Rav but sometimes my Daughter does. I’m totally confused with Auto high beam. I think I just push in button and leave leaver alone? Just tried this but haven’t driven at night since trying this option. I go up an unlit lane to get home and like the high beams on for this. Correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re saying they don’t go off automatically once you hit a lighted street?

For the life of me I don't understand why car companies insist that you kick your leg all over trying to open the rear hatch, when with Hyundai Santa Fe you just stand behind and within 3 seconds it opens, no kicking.

Possibly because you might be standing there with the key in your pocket and not wanting it to open. And then it opens. Call me old-fashioned but I can push a button. And I can even open it manually.

I really hate the RAV 4 so much in there that I don’t like. You might know it but I don’t understand why such an expensive car it is made with cheap materials. Look at the outside it is plastic. I tried to put on a car magnet and it will not stick anywhere on the dam car. I traded it back in after a few months and got the best car I love is the Venza. By the way Jeff please act civilize. You act like a kid and kinda annoying
