Nitrile Work Gloves - Which is Better?

Haven't tried these orange ones personally, but I'd prefer any color over black. I like being able to see how much grime is on there.

Ordered a box based on your recommendation. It was a good reco. These are superior nitrile gloves when compared with Harbor Freight. I've also noticed that Rainman Ray has started using these as well. As for HB, I wonder if this quality downgrade is an exception, or a sensibility that will be embedded in their products, generally, going forward.

If they want to continue selling them in the quantities they were selling, they'll have to revert back. No doubt the sharp decline in quality is going to bring a lot of questions and complaints, and people, like Peter, will simply look elsewhere. This was a bad decision by Harbour Freight, heads should roll, and the quality drop most likely isn't just gloves but across the board

HF has Icon Orange gloves now. I just saw on another video. I will be trying those out too. As long as the price is right. They have a textured, Icon as well. I will keep your video in mind if they fail.

I use those new gloves in my shop. I repair electric motors, 3ph and 1ph. I like the stippling on the gloves alot, they are also a better fit than the hf gloves, which "hug" your hand. Because they dont fit skin tight the finger tips arent great for dexterity. (Think threading a small faster) The finger tips also get caught on stuff more easily and rip as a result. But just the tip (lol) most times. You can keep wearing the glove if you are okay with a dirty finger tip haha.

I use and reuse my nitrile gloves doing yard work where there is herbicides ( Roundup), pulling weeds, picking up dog and toxic feral cat crap as well as auto work. You don't want them to tear or get holes. I stick with name brands I trust that I buy by the case at around $150. I test for leaks the same way you do between uses. The balance between strength and dexterity for your usage takes some research but the name brands that work for you will still be around next time you need to buy more.
