@@dragonriderabens9761 he has been right on a lot of stuff though. the gaming industry is very unstable, a lot of games get cancelled or stuck in development hell, a lot of games get changed multiple times or restarted, a lot of stuff can happen. add that with the Activision drama, the Microsoft acquisition and Toys for Bob going indie, there's just a lot of elements that could affect a potential Spyro 4. so just because Spyro 4 hasn't come out or been announced yet, doesn't mean it was never in development as the dude has been speculating. in the end, only time will tell, all we have to do is wait, whether we believe the game is in development or not, there's nothing for us to do other than wait really

Crash does outshine Spyro by quite a margin. That being said, I think Toys for Bob in particular is better off doing Spyro games than Crash ones. Fits their style more. I wish Vicarious Visions had gotten the chance to work on their own Crash title...

I wouldn’t say it’s underrated. I’m a much bigger crash bandicoot fan but the original Spyro trilogy I think was reviewed a bit higher than crash. I think they remade crash first and did pretty well so they went with a bit more and plus it had the racing game that was really well received and then that did really well. Keep in mind definitely made some sort of appearance in the remakes and new games. But Rumble is basically a spin off Spyro game as well. Spyro never had a racing game like crashed in, but when it was remade, he got an entire map, and some of his friends showed up as well as him. A lot of the new maps weren’t even necessarily crashed bandicoot areas. They were some newer areas! Keep in mind, once spiral four comes out technically the games are being equally made. I think a game crash has more potential when it comes to that type of platforming. A lot more characters to choose from. Plus a lot more colorful characters I think. Not significantly more. I just hope the next Spyro game set up crossover game. I want a full fledge crossover game that’s genuinely set up! I mean the groundwork laid for it to be set up so it doesn’t come out of nowhere with cortex creating some machine that messes up and randomly bring Spyro here. Just set up the idea in the next game.

The Logo previously was Orange with fruit texture to Symbolize Crash Bandicoot. The logo we saw yesterday is purple with Dragon treasure texture and the only series that utilizes Dragon treasure is Spyro.

Purple is just Toys for Bob's colour by now. Remember the purple relics in Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time? That's not connected specifically to Crash or Spyro. Just to the developers themselves.

I find that purple is much more connected to a known character as Spyro rather than a relic that only the most die-hard of Crash fan are going to bother obtain. And between this change of colour (Why even change it at all, unless they aren't teasing something) and their comment "Keep your horns on", something similiar to what Spyro says.

I'm glad that there's more to this than I thought, the way they synergized it with the former crash team rumble version is genius for those who payed attention . I still don't think Spyro 4 is as new as CGE thinks it is because then what were all the old hints and market activity from 2020 onward about? Still, this does retractively turn that purple texture change into a hint.

I'm really glad that Toys for Bob Studio got out from being under Activision and Microsoft in time before they became one of massive casualties of recent Microsoft's Purge (and still really sorry that those awesome studios ended up closed...) That being said, I'm glad they're working on new (yet unofficially confirmed) Spyro game though it gonna be a looooooong while before we see anything out of it. Keep plugging away, TFB!

When I 1st saw this purple tiki mask on the Toys For Bob’s website, I thought that they were teasing something, in my replies on my tweet, people told me that is their logo and their rebranding their logo. There could be more things on that tiki mask, but would wan to see when does Toys For Bob’s full website gets revealed. I want to thank everyone that told me it’s just a rebranding. Great video CGE👍

As a hardcore Spyro fan myself I want it to be either Spyro 4- oooooorrrrr them attempting to make their own platformer title inspired by Crash and Spyro. I think they could pull it off! I wouldn't be mad at all and have been secretly hoping for them to maybe do that ever since they announced they're indie now, since so many there seem very passionate for that game genre.

What if in Spyro 4, Moneybags' dubious deeds and reputation catch up to him and he ends up bankrupt, now having to rely on non-arbitrary goods and services, like selling consumable items that Spyro and others can actually use, and may need to stock up on many times during the adventure, kinda like what they did with him in A Hero's Tale, even swapping out his fancy tuxedo and monocle with a stereotypical shopkeeper outfit.

honestly I was thinking Crash Bandicoot as soon as a saw that mask cause it's very Crash Bandicoot like I'm sure the next Crash game might already be in development, question is which company will be making it Vicarious Vision (...or I guess they're called: Blizzard Albany, now) did amazingly with the N.Sane Trilogy so could be anyone from them to Beenox or a completely different company (could even be a company who has made a Crash game in the past...assuming any of them still do game development) but I can't wait for the next Spyro, it's been too long of a wait since Reignited Trilogy released :3 tho with that said Crash is known for his masks, while Spyro isn't but I guess it could even be a hint at a new Crash and Spyro crossover game (not thinking cameos, like when Spyro showed up in CTR Nitro-Fueled and Rumble)

It would make sense for them to be working on something Spyro related. Not only with the purple colour but Crash has had 3 games since the N.Sane Trilogy. CTR Nitro Fueled, 4, and Rumble. 4 games if you include On The Run. Spyro has had nothing since the Reignited Trilogy. He's just been cameos in the Crash games. Whilst I am more of a Crash fan, I do think that Spyro needs his turn, and it's unfair on Spyro fans to just keep him as Crash's guest.

It was pretty obvious that it had something to do with Spyro, but I completely forgot TFB changed their logo and so my pre-video theory was that they may have been doing a Crash-Spyro cross-over game. I don't think that's the case as Spyro is absolutely overdue for some love and care, buuuuuut...I also wouldn't hate the idea of the team reviving/making an old Crash-Spyro cross-over game.

I honestly hope that toys for bob make new ORIGINAL IPs like i love spyro and crash. I grew up with those games/characters. But that was the only reason why i was excited that they became independent/indie. I want NEW stuff from them. And all of the stuff going on with microsoft is wild. Seriously so if you want i hope you make theory videos about new characters they could create and stuff like that. Other than that keep up the great work 💯
