I love that they changed Piranoids face mechanism. Old one was pushing the button on the back and his crazy face would show and when you let go his regular face comes back. Now you can switch between faces without holding the button.

I can skip on the variants of the Street sharks, but i DO hope somewhere down the line we'll get more cartoon colored variants of the team beyond ripster. to me, Big Slammu is always an orange shark and not brown like Jab

I know, right! Ripster and Streex look pretty accurate to how they looked on the show, but they ended up dropping the ball with Jab and Big Slammu.

@EmoGothVampire I totally forgot about that. When I was younger I had Big Slammu, Moby Lick, Jaws, Mantaman, and a shiny variant Streeks. Big Slammu was totally brown. I was always under the impression The color of the Jab figure was Tan with a hint of grey.

Once I heard that using that "push fin to open mouth" feature too much can cause the plastic on the sides of the mouths to start breaking up I stopped playing around with that little feature.

I picked up the first wave and returned them,my drill fish guy had a busted right hip right out the package and the corner of the sharks mouths were cracking. Garbage figures,they should have gave the head a huge ML style neck joint for the mouth to open and gave them plastic bodies,would have been the last street sharks you would have ever needed.

Most likely they will have manual jaws without the skin gimmick later on. These are, after all, trying to be those original toys in all ways. Once rubber mouths are all ran through, they'll do modded ones with hard plastic only

He’s the color he should be in keeping with the vintage toys. They all are. The SDCC Ripster has a Cartoon Color scheme. And the upcoming boxing gloves SLAMMU is orange.
