I access my NAS from outside the home using Tailscale so I don't need to setup anything on my router. Is there an advantage to setting up the VPN on the router vs setting it up on individual devices ?

@@ntech1507 you are probably connected to your home wifi network. The vpn will work if you are on a different network (mobile network, or different wifi network)
