Please HEEEEELP !!! I'm an old lady and not skilled in modern tech! Where I can find using manual for the solving problems with Tapo c200? I had it on an other country WiFi and on an other phone but now I didn't used it for 3 years and I need to set it up again on a new WiFi & new phone & I simply can't use / set it up. Questions: 1. When I go to WiFi networks is not showing tapo c200 but an other name: Tapo_Cam_6406. When I connect is seeing me: "Connected to the device. Can't provide internet", even I disconnected my phone from 5 G and I connected to 2,4G. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 help, I don't know what to do? 2. How in where, which menu I can I see from distance what is recorded on memory card? 3. How can I delete memory card records from distance? 4. Can I use it also outside in a cold and wet winter?

Just reset the camera if you want to set it up again • yes it will say connected to tplink camera but no internet (it is camera’s hotspot to connect the phone ) • there will be an icon stating picture click on it to see or manage the videos . • this camera is for indoor use there is an other model for outdoor use . I hope this helps .
