There is no mention of replacement battery. It is nowhere available. Not even TP Link has an answer.

Hi, anyone can share hows the integration with Google Home? does it show up as device in google home? able to create automation / scene with Google home integrated devices? And also, is the signal connection via wifi i.e doorbellrouter / hubrouter, or only doorbellhubrouter?

Can it work without Wifi or internet? Will it keep recording if wifi is off?

Wifi is required if u want live video calls when someone rings the bell and to see the feed from the tapo app. Memory card rests in the hub/chime. Not sure if it will keep recording offline. If u just want to record then a dedicated camera is better.

Yes your standard Indian dacoit will have no problem stealing this and running off with it whilst the anti theft alarm goes off in his pocket.

Best Bet is to create a custom enclosure made from rugged material and embed it in the concrete wall itself.
