These are great. Range is much better than I expected. Saves a pcie slot and I have spare usb 2 ports anyway.

It's flared and rounded at the top, to be easily disconnected. Probably intended for the front USB ports, since those have more comfortable spacing, usually.

I don't believe so. Most older car stereos with a USB port only have the ability to charge a device and read files from a device in my experience.

You need totally another device for your car. FM transmitter I guess. Which catches your phones and transmits in to selected FM frequency where you have no radio station in your region. Your car audio catches this wave and transmits your music.

UB500/UB5A supports the SBC and AAC. It doesn’t support APT-X.

How is the latency and reliability? I had previously bought a cheap Bluetooth USB adapter and my audio on my headphones was constantly cutting out, and the latency when using an Xbox controller was just awful.
