Class D board is mostly used with SMPS supply. Aise board ke liye Transformer with lots of filter capacitor is OK but SMPS is best.

Bhai Maine board ka heatsink khol ke dekha to pata chala ki inme duplicate ic laga hua hai tpa3116d2 original ic nahi tha isliye boards me sound problem aa raha tha Bhai frod ho gaya Flipkart pr v duplicate product mil raha hai or price v 920 liya tha totally waste of money 💰

Dude you started off quite well, we all know that TPA 3116 D2 is a dual channel 50W + 50W (RMS power output) board. But when you are making such educational videos you should make sure you don't mislead ppl, coz there are so many viewers who might be watching your video. Why did you show all that crap that the speaker got burnt and all the diaphram is missing... boss the two speakers are not even of same brand. One is Samcon other one Power (both these brands are cheap road side companies) furthur to add that a 50w + 50w amp cannot burn a 40w speaker. What crap man, you should have spoken about imoedance and power handling capabilities together. I have purchased the same board and i use a 12V 2.5A SMPS power supply and i have connected the board to two 6ohms 100W speakers by SONY. The speakers are not available seperately in retail market so i purchased them from a KZbin link where the person sells refurbished Sony systems with speakers, so i bought only the speakers. Furthur you should have connected 3 drivers in each channel, 1 LF Driver for low frequency, 1 mid range driver and 1 high frequency (tweeter) and all must be conncted through a crossover. Ye sab kar ke dekho, big big company ka system fail ho jayega in front of TPA 3116. Mera system ko dekh ke jiske ghar pe ONKYO and DENON hai wo bhi mere se handmade system banaya hai.
