This is from a 1991 documentary of Metallica. That film crew followed them for a year. I rented it on vhs from my local block buster so many times that they finally just let me buy it because by 2000 nobody was watching it but me. I loved every second of it.

Yeah, I owned this on VHS at one point. Not sure what happened to it. :( This is all from the 2nd tape, but that 1st one was footage of them recording the Black Album. That one was way more interesting to me and provided a lot of insight on how the recording process works.
