Overlooked: Ryan Days Offenses have been limited in last 3 years against scUM - THAT has to stop 🛑 in 1st half - no slow starts, come out guns blazing and try to get two score lead and control the game thereafter….

what I've learned over the years with coaches (John Cooper- to name one) is that history tends to repeat itself.. Ryan Day has a mental Block against Michigan... Look for this game to be close, and very likely a Michigan win...Sadly

Birm: Interesting you mention the OSU DT’s - my personal opinion is that both Williams/Hamilton have had ‘Subpar’ seasons to date - that needs to change Saturday or OSU in trouble

The great part is the defensive game plan should be EXACTLY the same as the Penn St. plan. Especially because the whole goal for both teams is to get the TE the ball. So Caleb...do work!!

I am no expert but the bucks should go "up tempo" at the start and put it to them! Also by going tempo is they can gas the defensive front . Will can pick them apart with pin point short passing which will back em off the line and open up the running game. Blitz and make em pay too.

9:36 they run a very simple offense: methodically get 10 yards at a time. That’s the formula. We have to win on 1st and 2nd downs, force them to throw in 3rd and longs. Then when we get the ball back control the ball and score efficiently.

The key match up is the Ohio State defensive ends getting to the QB and the LBs not letting their QB extend drives with his feet. Everyone who plays OSU wants to shorten the game and get the ball out in 3 seconds. No mystery here.

Just don’t run cover zero all game long like we did in 2022 and on offense I think we should try to win on the outside and push the play away from the strength of their defense. Run outside the tackles move the pocket on drop backs.

I see we’re doing the Iowa week playbook where we pretend they’re actually a really good team and not a team that is completely overwhelmed when facing top teams. Michigan hasn’t been competitive in the two games with comparable talent to us. This game is like Indiana. We have to play a bad game & Michigan has to play a perfect game to win

The only way this game is even close .. is if Ryan Day plays into TTUN's strength and tries to play "bully ball". Running it up the middle on every 3 and 3 .. will put this game in jeopardy. But use your superior talent and go around, to the side and over them .. the Buckeyes will dominate. The skill level is very clearly in favor of one team. But is the intelligence level and game plan of the head coach? We will see.
