You know, for me it’s like “it’s ok, do your thing”. But at least give us something good, don’t just put something on the shelves just to make $$$, put something good on the shelves that’s worth the $$$ we are spending.

I genuinely wonder if Taraji even wore her tough cookie gel on her natural textured hair out somewhere. Did she actually see her products geared towards women with "coils" tested on women with thick hair? Cause it seems like she got a bunch of women with loose curls and straight hair to test it out and left it at that. Pfft to her line supposedly being for "all hair types". Black youtubers gave Taraji THE most amount of views on her products yet nothing to show for it. I'm over purchasing from celebrities period. Ain't no waaaaay Taraji gon be seen on a red carpet after using her tough cookie gel and letting her hair dry so why sell folks sumn she wouldn't get caught in.

I’m gonna need the celebrities to leave these hair products ALONE! There was nothing moisturizing about any of the products! They made your hair look dry! And the gel with all that flaking!! I would be mad cause I would have to just rewash my hair!! 😑😒😑😒 and too many of the products contain alcohol in some form which would have my hair messed up 🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

You and I both, girl. So far, I have had no luck with the celebrity lines. I was indeed big mad cause I had to go out that same night and there was no time for me to wash my hair prior to stepping out. I really had high hope though for this line... From my understanding though, not all alcohol is bad for your hair

Definition is great but I hate flakes and I love my products with more natural ingredients.

Is it possible that the flaking was caused by using too much of the leave in ? Try the products again and add an extremely small "drop " of product (leave in) per section similar to the amount of silkening serum we would use for the entire head when doing a silk press. After applying very little leave in twist your hair with the gel. If you get the same results then we know its the gel. I have a feeling you used too much leave in. I feel like this is not a typical leave-in with moisture however its a heavy protein one that needs to be used extremely sparingly .

Many other reviewers experience a lot of flaking. Not good products.

See! I can't do all that scent! I have sensitivities that would be agitated. Another KZbinr was choking on the scent of her line and it flaked bad. The crazy thing is, Taraji's hair always looks clean and fluffy when she advertises her hair products... She couldn't possibly be using her own products 🤦🏽‍♀️ Did they not product test this line?

That's a great observation. Her hair always looks great and clean, so there may be more to it than they're letting out. It would be really messed up though if she's using other products making us think that it's hers. But yes, I'm very sensitive to scents as well and that's why I don't use certain products. Anyways, thanks for watching and letting me know what you think!

I could tell that was a fail by the way your hair looked after washing it! We need to find out who is actually manufacturing these products! Just because she is black does not mean the products are for our hair!
