I just got my play in this morning with the new black splatter slime 2 clipper. I can’t wait to try them both out in the shop today. These are my first tpob anything and if they go good for a couple months I’ll be getting these next.

@@sunnyjohnlouis4843I like them both. I got another slime 2 and put the candy silver blade with the foxsonic ceramic staggertooth blade which fits the cam perfectly and turned them into tpob magic clips. These are my favorite over the plays

How do I choose between X deluxe and The Play?

Looking forward to seeing the cutting video. I wonder if the deeper teeth on the trimmer will pull/dig in when going up under the neck/beard area and on the back of the head. Also curious how the trimmer will be for dry shaving the face overall. Thx

They don’t stay on unless you swap out the blade to a normal xo blade and screws from the Andis envy

How’s the blade on the trimmers? Just got the plays and x trimmer but the trimmer blade hasn’t agreed with anyone so far. All set correctly just snags easily

I would x deluxe. Motor feels the same and with the rubber grip and badass look…. It’s the winner for me.
