I find it shocking how boxers and hosts dont know artur beterbiev beat usyk in the first fight on points then later went on to loose to usyk in the second bout on points even with beterbiev dropping usyk from a body shot. Come on Lonnie. I have the fight a draw but to say Beterbiev fought tougher fighters isn’t accurate. Both beat Smith Jr, the rest of their 5 best wins are clearly In Bivol’s favor. Canelo, Pascal, Zurdo, Richards > Smith, Browne, Yarde, Gvozdyk Sure Gvozdyk would beat Richards, but Canelo and Pascal have already knocked Smith and Browne out and Zurdo would probably beat Yarde. With a half point each for the shared Smith Jr win, that makes the top 5 wins 3,5 - 1,5 in Bivol’s favor.

@@evilgenius2597 Yes, but Browne was dropped 3 times prior to the cut and down 2 times in the round before. I counted it as a stoppage since he was getting stopped either way. Totally forgot about the PEDs though. That actually changes it. Would he beat Browne naturally? I don’t know. Thanks for pointing that out!

I agree in regard to their respective fight with Joe Smith Jr. Regarding their resumes and in general, yes it is to be taken into account, however that means also taking into account the times the fighters themselves have been down, how outbox the opponent was and against what opponents they have fought. For example: Bivol totally outboxing Canelo is worth more than Beterbiev knocking out Callum Smith.
