It's from The Lost Artifact, an expansion of sorts for TR3. But unlike the gold level for TR1 and TR2, this one wasn't distributed free of charge. I don't have the game, but there is a free demo available, which is where this was recorded.

just a heads up some levels arnt accessible with this change, i found upon loading the boss level, the one with the maze, it would always crash. tomb raider 2 worked fine though.

It also works in tr2 gold, I've tried changing the tr2 gold's main.sfx file with the tombraider2's own sound file and it works, but it's not as funny, winston sure makes some weird noises tho.

@InjusticeHater Then perhaps you didn't play The Lost Artifact. That's where the Scotland level is from. It's a sort of expansion to TR3, but unlike TR1 Gold and TR2 Gold, it was distributed as a stand-alone title, instead of a free-of-charge expansion for owners of the main game.
