The edmonton aviation museum( wataskiwan is kind of far), maybe even a baseball game, Edmonton folk music festival, or taste of Edmonton not to mention we are the festival capital of Alberta. I could go and add a lot more because he didn’t even mention whyte ave and Jasper ave. Two of the coolest streets in edmonton. However I loved that he mentioned the royal museum, Muttart and west Edmonton mall. He also forgot the fringe!!! lol!! He also forgot the valley zoo!

I just moved to Edmonton and outside I can hear a girl outside, she's always there, making noise. I never see her, never understand what she's saying, and it's unsettling. What's happening out there, do you think? I heard a few loud noises, like a sheet of heavy wood falling flat on its face, I looked out the window and saw nothing out of the ordinary. I heard her say something around the corner of buildings, i think it was three syllables, with a pleading tone.

You must've been to the nice parts because Edmonton is a shithole city to live in. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, petty crime, litter, and tent cities. In the busier parts like downtown or the Strathcona area you can't leave bags of garbage outside because the homeless people will come and tear them open and throw garbage everywhere.

There was so many misleading shots in that video, literally half of it was stock footage of entirely different locations. West Edmonton Mall for example is only 2 floors, the shot of the 6 floor mega mall was not Edmonton. Also most shots of the water park and theme park were not from Edmonton. It does have all those things (minus the aquarium, that doesn't exist) but it looks totally different than the video depicted.

I live here for 65 years, I am a senior, been around Europe, Canada, and the and the United States. I chose to live here for many reasons, iny eyes I see a beautiful city with everything you need and want, the people are great and friendly, nu of course, by the comments here you will see there are some miserable humans beings who will never be happy anywhere on this planet, therefore they talk badly about their own city. It's a free country way more free than USA it's a very rich country way more rich than the USA the people are very, very nice, sweet, cool and awesome the cost of living is cheaper than in USA and you pay lower taxes healthcare is free you don't pay for doctors and hospitals they have every American thing as well as their own stuff quality is so much better in fact Canada is number 1 for quality of life. Grew up in this city alot of fun to have. If you like country music this is not a bad spot, however country bars for some reason the bouncer are UBER dicks and literally get away with murder, as in they like to kill drunk kids. Stick with that diverse crowd on whats ironically called "White" ave - hit up the comedy shows, the DANCING IS AMAZING IN ETOWN! The woman are beautiful thanks to all the rig pigs marrying strippers and the diversity in food is everywhere. I would highly recommend exploring white ave and jasper ave on a friday/ saturday OR Thursday for that weekend vibe thats not TO busy, but instead has just the right amount of peeps.

if you're doing to do an official Canadian Travel Guide of Edmonton you might want to make this accurate. Mispronouncing Wetaskiwin is a real no-no! Claiming that the Reynolds Museum is in Edmonton is also not good. being over 1 hr away by car is not at all part of Edmonton. And you totally missed the point of the Legislature building and grounds. Very unprofessionally made here. at least you pronounced Muttart correctly. the Ukrainian Heritage Village is an hour east of Edmonton. again, NOT in Edmonton. Elk Island, not in Edmonton. this should have been titled Edmonton and area. why would you use footage of places that are not in Edmonton? sadly this video is out of date.

As someone who has grown up here, and lived here most of their life, id advise people moving to alberta to move to the Calgary area instead, Edmonton is a dirty, boring, city that seems to get worse every year, don’t believe me? Go drive around Calgary, then drive north to Edmonton and see for yourself, Edmonton is a dump, I’m stuck here because of my job, friends and family unfortunately, do yourself a favour and move south, Red Deer, Calgary area, even Lethbridge, anywhere south of Edmonton.
