Thank you very much for the video. I wanted to ask you, 1) Is it possible to sharpen a planer blade qualitatively-using artificial stones-in turn-800 grit, 1000 grit, 6000 grit and 10000 grit. 2) And I also wanted to ask you - after each stone you need to remove the burr - or do you need to remove the burr only at the end on the finish stone? Thank you very much with respect, Vitaliy.

1) Of course you can sharpen with that if stones and you will get amazing results, no need to use Japanese natural stones always. 2) If the burr is too much large because you used a course stone, then it is better to take it off before passing on the next finer stone. If you create a reasonable burr in 1000 grit stone, then you don't need to take it off until the last and finest stone.
