You are right about consistency and good advice. Myself I started investing in 1976 before computers, internet and all that good stuff. Each payday I would walk into the stockbrokers office open my paypacket and give them cash and tell them what LIC I wanted, I also negotiated a much lower fee because I regularly came in every week. Kept doing this until the 1990's when brokers went online. Now reaping the benefits of a very comfortable retirement.

Hi Tracey, new to investing and loving your videos especially your researching dividend stocks. Would you consider doing a video that shows what single stocks you’ve got in your portfolio?

Welcome back! Practical, easy, and effective strategies. I wish i had started as early as you but better late than never. I do ETFs and RTFs with my employer plan which are low fee and do very well. Love your videos. ❤🧡💚💙💜

If I have an ETF (SYI in this example) Should I still buy in companies that are included in that ETF?

Thank you Tracey I have started investing since the "Covid Crash'" and have built up enough to start thinking about other investments. This video has helped me think about the next step and strategy towards my next investment and the focus of funds towards them.

I think you had a video.. please refer if you do. What made you even consider investing? Its not really a normal thing for people to consider until its too late usually. My trigger was my last class my tax professor told me about tax advantage retirement accounts. I wish i knew sooner...

Love your vids Tracey, keep them coming. What's your advice if you had 10 - 20K lumpsum to invest right now. My thoughts are, potentially, 10k into two dividend-focused ETFs and 10k into top 10 to 15 5% + yielding ASX 100 stocks?? Any community responses are welcome.

Hi Tracey. I enjoy and value your videos, but I find the choppy editing makes them hard to watch. Is it just to cut out moments of silence?

Cheers for another video. Still trying to find more companies apart from Nab that pay dividends in July. Got most months covered but not 100% franked. Still might use 10% for growth 😁

If I was to put 1k on a particular stock, a week past and it grow 7% if I wanted to buy more shares should I wait until it comes down (dip) or just buy the shares? Thanks.

I’m saving for a house deposit but also want to start investing but I’m not sure if I should just focus on one of those first rather than juggling small amounts into both evenly?

Have you paid attention to the news recently? Army on the streets in Sydney, martial law (a.k.a. lockdown) until 2022 minimum. Does Australia seem like a great place to invest? I'd be putting money in other countries.

If it was me. I would put very small amount investing in index funds or. ETF's but not individual stocks. It is too risky for me.
