Best explanation ever, my now 22-month-old baby girl was born in Wyoming with Esophageal Astresia Fistula type C. She was repaired at Colorado Children's Hospital. She was intubated twice, she has VECTRL. Life being a roller coaster for us. She Is a G tube feeding, and her left airway is closed. I moved to California looking for better health care and weather conditions for her. She is being treated at Stanford Children Hospital. Thanks for taking your time and explaining to understand so clear this bird defect. A

My first baby has suffered with both of these problems and died after surgery with in 15 days...I have a doubt and worried whether this kind of problems repeat for second child

Sorry for your loss. My baby got the surgery for the same, on the second day of being born. Now it’s been 5 days since the surgery. I’m very concerned after seeing this comment. Could you please answer what went wrong with your baby that resulted in losing the baby? Please let me know, if I can do anything to avoid similar situation.

@@Lonesniper41 she’s good now. 25 days in NICU. Chest congestion and flu like symptoms mostly, which is making harder to gain weight. Been a struggle so far, we are hoping it gets better.
