What if your employer doesn’t want to sponsor TRT 186 in fear that employee will leave once PR is granted. I am on v482 and eligible for TRT but all the powers are given to employer in 186 visa.

In the homeaffairs website, it says ``most applicants need to have at least 3 years relevant work experience in their occupation.`` does it really need to be 3 years post qualification work experience ? i am a restaurant manager and have 5 yes of experience total, but just 2 after qualification. Am I qualified ?

If someone has 1 years from Autralia and 2 years from overseas does it qualify for the three years job experience requirements.

I got a doubt, is it mandatory to work some years with with employer to transfer 482 visa to 186 Visa coz I got an offer from a hospital for RN and they says now sponsor 482 visa and upon arrival they will proceed 186 visa .. is it possible or need to waiting some years to process 186 visa

Hello maam our visa is same as you discuss.i have a question about if it is possible to cancel may partner visa we are de facto relationship and after our visa and them approve she came here in australia..but when she arrive here in australia, after a few days she decide to broke up with me. Hi Tracy. You mantioned that applicant must have been working for sponsoring employer for 3 years... But on the official website there another text: "Have relevant work experience Unless exempt, most applicants need to have at least 3 years relevant work experience in their occupation." Nothing about SAME employer...

Hi, I had a doubt with ACS Skill Assessment. Will they still reduce 2 years experience if I have a Australian Masters degree? I had 1.8 years of work experience as a Programmer Analyst before coming to Australia to do my Masters in IT. Is the Temporary Residence Transition stream applicable for an employee currently working on a 482 as a Marketing Specialist in Victoria for the past 3 years?
