Tracie , have .are this sauce 3 times and we have loved it. I had to use evaporated milk plus 1/4 c. Milk to make 16 oz,and used the parmesan cheese in the shaker. Added a little extra cream cheese to.make up for the milk but used the rest of the seasonings you showed . thank you for showing how to do this recipe. ONE day I'll make it JUST like yours.

It was amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥. You’re right the half-and-half is not as thick as heavy cream but I was able to thicken it a little bit by adding some flour. I appreciate your video!
