@tsv3i well of course, its just that whenever i searched for some idm/generative/neuro sound design its most likely in ableton (frequent, stasys, underbelly, alckemy). But i know that its not that much about the daw but your creativity and knowledge of particular daw anyways heh
@tsv3i9 күн бұрын
@@AwarSurrect as long as you know how to apply the same idea to your sound you can use any daw, most videos i watch when it comes to sound design are also normally from ableton users

@@AwarSurrect check out Imanu too if you haven't already, although he's leaning more towards just neuro/dnb. He's also an FL producer and his stuff seems really simple, but it sounds great!

Welcome back, what a twisted tune. If you had project files for older tunes too I’m sure that would be awesome for your returning fans, although I know what it’s like opening 8 year old tracks and wondering wtf is going on lol! Oracle is my fave 😊

10:00 you can put an eq before the peak controller to achieve the same result no?
@OfficialAudeka10 күн бұрын
Absolutely! You just lose the advantage of having everything packed into the same plugin interface, where you can adjust the EQ and get immediate visual feedback, unless you leave the peak controller detached while you adjust your EQ

@@OfficialAudeka I like having a bus specifically for peak controller that I send signals into which doesn't go to the master. That way I can add waveshapers with something like a staircase pattern for example to quantify the steps the peak controller can pick up on. You won't hear the nasty distortion since it's not routed to the master and you can get some pretty cool results messing around with that stuff on top of the usual isolation method with sidechaining :D
