Sweden looks so good from what I've seen from your vlogs and Con O'Keefe's if you have heard of him. That track looks well cooler than most of the tracks in the UK. Would love to run in a foreign country for a bit one day

Hi Ben, loving your videos and the energy you are bringing! Do you have any tips for me, I’m trying to lose about 8kg to get down to my weight from the past when I used to run. I recently got back into running after a 2 year break and I was a lot heavier! Just doing MAF training at the moment and enjoying the journey!

Appreciate the feedback. I tend not to give advice on weight loss as it’s not something I have experience. I’ve also never used the MAF method so can’t help there either I’m afraid. Hope your training is going well

It’s a little higher but we found that’s reflected in wages so balances itself out :)

My girlfriend got offered a job at handm so we just went for it. Much better work life balance that’s for sure
