I need to improve on my suspension setup. I just refreshed videos about setting sag and my next ride I will be more aware of what's going on. @@shocktreatment5495 I have Husqvarna FC 250 from 2019. Great bike for weekend warrior. I don't ride often so when I'm riding, most of the times I'm to excited to think about suspension settings.

@@JanASS1991 How heavy are you and what type of terrain are you riding on....sand / clay etc. Skill level? Do you prefer firm or plush?

@@shocktreatment5495 Without riding gear I weight about 200 pounds. For this season I went with firmer spring as I've put some weight last year. :) Can't recall exact rating right now. Most of the time I'm riding clay to intermediate MX tracks. I'm really bad at riding sand. And I prefer firmer setting over plushness as I'm taking safety over comfort. I might be wrong with my thinking but getting big kick from the rear is my nightmare.

@@JanASS1991 Sorry that I haven't replied before this. Try 100mm of sag. Forks all the way down with only the caps protruding above the clamps. 140 PSI in fork with comp at 16 out rebound 10 out. Shock HS Comp at 1 turn out LS Comp at 14 out Rebound 16 out

Sadly, its the modern world..... I was happy to be an open book with the adjustments but was advised to delete it due to the current "Blame Game" that exists these days.

How does narrowing the bars increase stability/manageability. Doesn't a wide bar provide leverage to manipulate the bike? Appreciate your vids, great insight.

The leverage also acts on the rider. If you were to do pushups you will find the hand spacing that allows you to develop the greatest strength with minimum fatigue....we will benefit from that same practice when riding. Check out the video.
