Track vs Street Cars: K-Series EG vs Euro R Accord

We're back at it again in Mondello Park here in Ireland.
Today Ste has his Euro R CL7 out on track for the first time to see how well it goes against the lighter more nimble eg civics! Chris has been having issues with his shifter setup not being able to get into gears every now and then and you can see this twice in the video. A fun day was had by all and we are looking forward to getting back out already!

As suggestion, you could include this view in full screen with cuts simultaneously with the other angles (so that only one angle is on full screen at any one time - like this video) instead of including this in a small screen in "picture-in-picture". I stay tuned for your future work! :D

@@constantinrenoir8273 we will defo edit it that way, although sometimes it’s nice to see the forward view of the car while your seeing the footwork so it’s synced correctly if that makes sense, but we will defo include that view in the new video 👌🏻🤌🏻

Really not THAT far off. Few mods and the CL will really start surprising people out there. Every time I bring mine to the track people are always surprised. Granted mines pretty gutted, cams, rrc pump, tune, asp3 trans, etc.

Nope, cl7 euro R are a really brilliant car, this one will be going under the knife at some point and stripped out fully and some extra ponies under the hood. Will be a fast car when we are done with it ✌🏻👊

just a qsn. any reason why they are not rev matching ? (heel and toe) are the gearbox designed differently that it could sustain that abuse ?

To be completely honest, ste is the only one who really rev matches in his cl7, my own white eg I find it hard to twist my ankle to do it with the way my pedals are so for a comfort point of view I rarely do it. I am able to do it I just choose not to. I’ve never had a gearbox or clutch problem from not doing it so it’s all good!

It takes practice, most guys don’t practice and then can’t do it at the track when they are trying to maximise braking.
