Oh yeah-good one! I missed that. Might be the brain fog created by the insane level of handsomeness of these two together in one scene!! Holy cow! Of course, that was true with Jensen & Jared too & I was able to watch 15 seasons of that so I’ll definitely check this out too. Justin seems to be able to bring that same sort of lighthearted wit and charm to a serious scene that Jensen does so I’m looking forward to watching an entiire episode of them together.

I honestly don't get how Jensen's career hasn't blown up after Supernatural. Fantastic actor, multi-talented, huge fanbase, brilliant reputation for being professional on sets. He must have a lazy agent or he's made the choice to be low key and work part-time actor. Not like he needs the money. For selfish reasons I hope he gets longer roles though.

He has a wife and three kids. I believe that Jared Padalecki was willing to do more Supernatural, but Ackles wanted to relax and spend more time with his family. Plus the syndication of Supernatural will have money flowing in for decades.

TV actors are different from movie stars. A lot of main leads in TV series that are very popular don't go on and get many prominent roles after their shows end, that's just the way it is. They get typecast in the roles that made them famous forever. Which is another reason to keep the show going if it's in demand and the fans want more. Because once it's over it's over. Supernatural could have gone on for 20 seasons, although the writing was getting bad towards the end. That final season and final two episodes specifically were atrocious. One of the worst final episodes I've ever seen to end an otherwise great series. They dropped the ball big time.
