Yeah, he said that he eats a balanced diet as much as possible even though there are times that he eats his kids' leftovers. He pointed out balance among others, "and not eating until you can't breathe anymore" or overeating. So basically just moderation on food portions, which is good advice. He also pointed out eating several small meals per day. All in all, really good video!

I know it's already been said a bunch of times but Jensen Ackles has such a great voice. I immediately want to trust him cos he sounds like he'd be on top of any situation. I hope they bring him back to voice Soldier Boy in the next installment of The Boys: Diabolical. I'd love to see one of Payback's missions played out. In addition, I'd be down for another Supernatural animated series. In contrast to the first series this one should be TV-MA and significantly darker. Quality-wise, something on par with Invincible, The Boys: Diabolical, Castlevania, Final Space etc. would be 👌🏾

Haven’t watched The Boys yet, but his approach to “dieting” is one of my favorites out of celebrities. His take on nutrition, if used by a lot of other people who want to get in shape but are scared of restricted diets, would help sooooo many get healthier, leaner and stronger, while also being able to still enjoy life. Food is fuel, it’s essential, but it shouldn’t be everything all the time for most.
