This video couldn’t have come at a better time we don’t have tracker here in Canada I bought a Cat alterra 600 ltd and I’m gona do it’s 1st oil change for break in according to the owner’s manual calls for changing engine and front and rear differential be nice some videos for the diffs and also access to the air filter according to the owners manual it should be quite challenging for the rear diff and air filter thanks again Ed btw arctic car oil filter number is the same even the cheap cardboard box and also recommends cats acx 0w40 oil

I just did the first service on my new Alterra 600 , Transaxle is not that bad to service , I removed the rear tire for better access , a good quality punch is necessary to knock out the bolt that retains the A arm , you have to drop it down to get access to the drain plug , front diff is easy , i used AC Transaxle oil and AC engine oil and filter and there 80/90 Hypoid gear oil just so they can't say I did not use proper oil as far as warranty goes .Air filter is a bit akward to remove for inspection , i down loaded the full shop manual from Country Cat and just followed the procedure and it worked out ok . Very nice and detailed oil change. How has the Tracker held up so far? Were you ever able to find out who would handle warranty work if needed? I saw in one of your other videos where someone had asked. Oh yeah, you earned a new subscriber.

Thanks for the sub. I have a local Tracker dealer here in my town. I also know that Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops can do warranty as well. The machine has held up great. Was thinking about doing a follow up vid after deer season.

@@hashtagjustadad5110 I did a review of the machine when I first got it, the first on YT. Since then I have used it a lot and took it on a trip to the Black Hills in SD and it works great. I believe I have about 2500 miles on it and no issues.

@@jackofalltrades7822 i did watch your other video of the review. It was very informative. I need to go in and talk to them to get clarification on warranty. They seem to charge $1100 for 48 months which jacks the price up to 10k+
