I have the same boat and have a couple questions. What size is the hatch lif you put in the original bow storage and what size hatch is it and what brand of spare tire mount is that on your trailer ? One last question where did you get the carpet to match up with the original carpet? You done a really good job on your mods. I would comment though the 45 lb trolling motor is ok but you will find that if you ever get in high wind or rough water its not big enough. I put a motor guide xi3 55 lb on mine and I no longer gave to fight keeping the boat where I want it.

So was thinking about adding a hatch like you did up front, windshield issue was the same on ours. I ended up cutting it down 5 inches. But one thing that I liked that you may want to do to yours. The drivers side seat. Remove the screws and add hindges just like your passenger side. Then you can open both sides all the way across. You can also cut the carpet and foam out by the shifter under the seat and add a little cubby insert. Now I did put a strap so when it opens, it opens all the way but is supported by a nylon strap. 3 medium sized hindges did the trick!!! If you want to do that

I really like your wind screen.You said you used motorcycle shield , did you have to cut it? On ebay they seem to have mounting holes. If so what tool did you use ,

Didn't need to cut the one I purchased. I used a heat gun to mold (contour) the sides around the console. Any extra holes I plugged with small plastic hole plugs from the hardware store.

I need to do this to my Pro160. A tip for cleaning the water line is use “magic erasers” and a 50/50 vinegar water mixture with a few squirts of dish liquid soap.

Sorry, it was really supposed to be just an experiment to see if it was possible to increase deck space on that hull. If I'd known it was going to turn out so "factory like", I certainly would have done a video. Send me an email address and I'll send you a few notes on materials and the process used.

I actually made the windshield. I found a simple (slightly curved) smoke acrylic motorcycle fairing replacement windshield on ebay. Using a heat gun I purchased from Harbor Freight for about $10, I carefully molded the edges to contour the console.

Just make sure you know what's under the deck where the tray will go (beams, wiring, etc.). If you have blown floatation you'll have to chisel some out but only enough for the tray to drop in and sit flush with the deck. You actually want the tray to sit on the floatation for additional support. Allot of video's out there about recess tray installations so watch a few.

Unfortunately no but they are available on Amazon, ebay and at allot of outdoor retailers like Academy Sports and Bass Proshops. They bolt directly to the trailer frame with no drilling.

It's just a standard recess tray. I don't remember the exact brand but you can find them on Amazon and ebay.

Do you happen to know the dimensions of it? I’m asking because I have the same boat and ordered a tray on amazon but mine seems kinda big, foot pedal still has a lot of wiggle room and seems like it will take up a lot of space

Tracker Marine are not good I had a TR pro 175 and the service center was a joke, when I picked the boat up they scratched it and tryed to spray paint it in the parking lot ? the wheels had rust on them they said to take the boat and they would order me new ones at no charge ? that never happend when I called about the wheels Tracker said I had run it in salt water ? that was a out right lie I fish fresh water only I sold that pile of crap and bought my dream boat I will never buy a boat from Tracker again !! you have done some nice up grades to your boat enjoy it.
