Heavy rain and gusty storms will make for a rough morning commute. Storms wrap up by 11am, giving way to steamy conditions. Highs reach the upper 80s to near 90°. Another round of heavy storms develop again for the late day into the night. Those storms could turn severe. Skies will clear out tomorrow, giving way to sunshine and cooler conditions in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Another round of storms is ahead for late Friday into Saturday.
