130s with gusts to 1.75 . I'm guessing he's protected from the winds. Each hurricane is very different and unique is fast moving hurricanes that are tight and powerful sometimes aren't as bad as the much larger variance . Hurricane Charley was a strong cat 4 but no one remembers it.
