Tracking Santa: NORAD’s holiday tradition brings magic to Christmas Eve

Interesting how the technology for tracking Santa has changed over almost 70 years. It would be fun to have a quick summary of the changes. Long ago the wrong phone number was put in a local paper to call Santa, it connected to what became NORAD. My uncle was in the office and his boss asked him to take it up a level for good publicity, kids have fun tracking Santa as their parents and perhaps grandparents had in the past.
