In addition to the three fatalities there were many more injuries. Typically they will be in a wide variety, including some that are life-altering: amputations, mailings of different kinds, spinal injuries, brain damage. These are never mentioned along with the fatalities, but they SHOULD be. These people must be remembered and given the care they need.

there is no way that the shawnee tornado was ef-2 it tore brick buildings apart and wrapped a cargo container around a pole at OBU.

It looks like a bunch of it is ef2... But some spots look like high EF3 or 4. I agree Brick buildings don't get smoked like that if it's an Ef2

These are usually just pleminary ratings after a full survey is done we will have official results. I can see why it got a pleminary rating of EF-2 mostly because what is visible damage is the roof tops. I could see it being upgraded to and EF-3 when the official rating for the storm comes out.

I live at Lake Thunderbird on our ranch, and we witnessed most of the tornadoes that night, first hand!..(Spent most of the evening in the storm cellar. the enhanced fujita scale is so arbitrary, tornadoes should be rated purely on wind speed to remove all subjectivity the way hurricanes are.

It fluctuates a bit from year to year but i think the 2013 more tornado (ef-5 2 miles across) caused more damage although im not sure since im not an expert on this stuff

Yes, the roof got torn up and there's sheet metal scattered in the parking lot and wraped around poles, the signs for the mall over by the dillards got ripped out of the ground as well. I have no clue if there is interior damage though

It wouldn't of mattered what the buildings were made out of. There were brick and concrete buildings that were demolished by these tornadoes.
