How do you paint it? bout to build one myself.. never built a bike before and don't know everything... is it too risky for a noob? Should I take it to my LBS? Or is it p much just put stuff in the right place n go? How do you know what parts to pick? Or where did you learn? Sorry for so many questions!

It is not too hard, you only learn by doing it. Watch other peoples builds for parts list etc
