Great video, though I do have a bit of feedback. Minor constructive feedback/theory, I'm pretty sure Hit made an entirely new tooling for Charlie and didn't reuse Billy's tooling since Charlie's hit prototype looks shorter than Billy. Then Fisher-Price edited the tooling slightly further but didn't retool him completely because that'd honestly be a waste of time and resources to not reuse tooling if a product wasn't given a release; similar to Flip-Face Percy and R/C Percy looking incredibly similar with the stickers, plastic and paint coloration, and the giant hole behind the face for a flipping feature. Also adding onto the purple wheels, theorizing that Charlie might've had purple wheels when he was being designed similar to Rebecca and Ryan's alternate liveries when they were being modeled.
