You have a spool, it's near free to weld it all solid. I've done several times. Sucks rubbing tires on corners.

The trunion holds the spider & side gears not the shaft pin. A cotter pin is a pin that splits into 2 wings and is a non load pin. The pin holding the trunion is a roll pin that expands & is drove into the case. Great video though and good work on the information to install the lsd block.

Nothing for the rear. I’m not sure anything is needed but I believe Traction Concepts can make us something if we need it.

The car is yet to even get a first start on the motor. Once it’s up and running and engine break-in is complete I’ll do a review video about it.
