G'day Steve , This one reminded me of some of the jobs I've cobbled together. When your passionate about something, and no spares can be found ,a man starts to think , and the results can be really pleasing , should be good for another 20 yrs. Respect....!

Changing those tires is no easy job. When I first saw the tractor the front tires looked much smaller than they actually are. At least that tractor has 4 inflated tires and an engine that runs. Happy birthday mate. Jim

Steve, It's good to see it on all it's feet. Those front rims came apart easier than I thought they would. I see I not the only one to drive a tractor on to the tire to break the bead. I have an air fitting that screws on to the valve stem to plug the air hose on and it makes popping the bean on much quicker. I'm looking forward to that tractor back doing what it was designed for.

Hi mate. There was a lot of editing it out though. They were fairly hard to get the front tyres off but yes easier than I thought. It was a lot of work over a few weekends but eventually got there. Awesome video Steve. Great to see this old Chamberlain slowly come back to life. My dad started farming in the Wimmera area of Western Victoria, in the 60’s with a Countryman. He then bought a 9G, a 236 industrial and finished up with a C6100. Needless to say I have a soft spot for anything Chamberlain. Watching from San Antonio, TX. Have a cold one on me Mate!!!

Countless hours and hard work to save this one but you do it because you can! When you duck into town to get a few things don’t for get to stop at the bottle shop for the good stuff. The satisfaction of accomplishment, just sit back, look at it and have a few snacks. I have to add, oh how Zach has grown and I’m still not used to his short hair.
@stevesplacedownunder
@stevesplacedownunder 9 ай бұрын
There was a lot of work to get these on but it had to be done because it was just a big dead weight in the shed. Now it’s a rolling tractor which is becoming more useful as I do more to it. I drunk plenty of snack throughout the process mate don’t worry about that. Zacks hair is nearly back to how it was when you were here☺️☺️. He had it long at the wedding then we cut it, but that was October so it’s getting longer again
