Hey doc, that squeal is from the hydraulic pump. You're going to need to put a limit switch to shut the pump off when the table reaches full extension or don't lift it till it stops to make that go away. It is basically the same as turning your steering wheel till it stops but holding it there so the pump is still trying to apply full pressure to make the wheels turn

Yep sure can. Its even more likely when a trained schooled chiropractor isn't the one *cracking* the neck. Neck cracking or cervical adjustments is extremely dangerous stuff. Theres a reason we send them to school. And make them learn how to read MRI and X rays.
