How do I become a patient here? I am suffering severe muscles spasms radiating from my neck to my lower back to my legs. I fell flat on my foot (I have very high arches) and my ankle completely folded. I did not receive the proper care since then and it has led to a slew of other issues like my groin tearing. My other ankle separated. My neck muscle tore. I am suffering from a complete alignment failure and am in dire need for help. This is a cry for help. American healthcare is bad enough but in the state of California it’s even worse.

It looks like he is doing the same adjustment because he is working on the x, y, z axis. However, he is adjusting everything by small degrees. The pressure and direction he is using is subtle and adjusted for every patient. The movement in joints are very small. The ring dinger works the whole y axis in one go, which is why he does it. Watch a lot of the videos and you begin to notice specific changes. The ones he does working on hiatus hernia are pretty amazing.

I've dealt with alot of disc problems, nerve irritations & alot of inflammation. Ice is definitely a better alternative to heavy drugs or any drugs for that matter . Ice made a huge difference for me . What type of problems are you experiencing?

I prefer watching Dr. Alex Tubio way more now he's actually patient with his patients and lets them relax and take in the adjustments on the other hand Dr. Johnson just runs through it so fast slaps them in the ass and throws them off the bed. Dr Tubio seems to care more about his patient's and Johnson more about fast money
