Great video Tracy! I'm 84 years young. But I look younger than I did in my 60's. This, I believe, is from daily 2 hour workouts (non-negotiable), vegetarianism, major focus on skincare, violin lessons (I started at age 81), making jewelry and clothes, positive attitude, fashion maverick, great girlfriends, and a very supportive partner. We toast "happy valentines day" with our coffee at breakfast daily. This week I registered at a local college to major in something that really intrigues me. Oh, and I meditate while wearing my red light mask...double duty. Keep up the awesome videos, Tracy.

My grandmother lived to be 95. She was surrounded by a loving family with which she interacted every day. Her habits included going for a long walk daily, gardening and eating 2 soft boiled eggs every single day (as well as soups like bone soup, hen soup, etc.) She also prayed and read her bible every night and liked to do word puzzles.

Sounds exactly like my beautiful grandmother. She read her bible every night and prayed, had strong social bonds and sense of purpose in life, fasted for 40 days every Christmas and Easter, ate a little of everything, never deprived herself , kept busy doing her own grocery shopping, chores and cooking well into her 90s. She was fiercely independent never accepting help at the house nor did she want to live with us even though we begged her to. She loved her routine and cherished her independence until she passed in my arms at the age of 94. It's been 10 years , I hold her as an example and feel blessed to be the descendant of this loving strong woman. l love her and miss her dearly everyday even though I know she's with me everyday 🙏♥️🙌

New here! Turning 50 in a few months and have been looking forward to this milestone for a while. I’m one of those ladies who is stoked to get older because my grandmothers were so fabulous. I think another longevity tool is to surround yourself with some sense of innocence or something that brings a light-hearted energy. Dogs, cats, kids, grassy hills, goofy friends, etc. ❤

I believe that a simpler life is often the better choice. My grandma, who’s now 96, still takes a daily 30 minute walk and eats everything homemade. She’s active and committed to her routines. My mom, at 65, is also healthy and looks youthful. She has a steady income, avoids stress, doesn’t work, and focuses on homemade meals, daily walks, and volunteering to help others. Meanwhile, here I am in my mid 30s, running around like a headless chicken, dropping kids off at school, rushing to my full time job, coming home to a never ending to do list, and then waking up to do it all over again. When I smile, it’s like my face decided to add an extra laugh line just for fun! 😂

Yes for more info on rebounding and also how to find your exercise routines. BTW went to Italy in September for 2 weeks...ate everything in sight and lost 6 lbs. The food is so much higher in quality and we walked everywhere up and down those stairs and hills you mentioned. Can not wait to go back!!

I come from a family that lives into their 100s, healthy, and still living at home. I once asked my grandmother how she was so spry at 98, and she said, "yogurt and walnuts every day". Granted, she made her own yogurt, but I found out through a family member that Nancy's yogurt came about because of someone in my family handing over the recipe.. They also gardened, lived happily (didn't stress about things they couldn't change), and had great friends. I'm not sure if I'll live as long but I started saving for retirement in my 20's.. 😏

So this is my recipe for a delicious, hydrating drink: water, natural stevia drops, lime juice, one to four drops of food grade peppermint essential oil, pinch of Himalayan salt. 😉
@g.g.67852 ай бұрын
Yes to everything but the peppermint eo. Do not ingest essential oils, and even if you believe it's ok, that is not enough of a dilution. Also, there is really no "food grade" eo. That's a made up marketing term.

My biggest issue is stress. I live in ciuntry that is politically horrible, owned by worst criminals, drwoned in hopelesness and apathy. I am really trying to get past that but it's difficult. And now around Hollidays people who have nothing else to do pollute everything with hundreds of firecrackers explosions every day and it's noisy anyways. Stress is the hardest thing to reduce.

I'm seeing women online and even board certified menopause specialist obgyn do at night.says you feel better in the morning. Im concerned im gonna be awake all night with energy?!? That ans peeing. Im 46 and sleep is quite a challenge Thanks for video my favorite is your makeup routine you did recently. Lefs say my eyebrows are looking much much better 😅

I'm 53, no botox, keep fit, great diet, do Not sunbathe, No smoking, on point skin care. I have small frown lines, smile lines, a few crows feet, but people still think I am mid / late 30's. At a work dinner some of my female colleagues were admiring and complimenting a super fit, smooth skinned colleague who admitted they have had a lot of botox and it made her look 40 and not 50 (I'm 3 years her senior). Every time I get asked my age people Always ask again or do a double take, most age guesses are 35 - 40. Natural lines do Not age you, Botox does, as does excessive weight loss / low body fat - Having a plumper more natural face is Always going to look youthful, along with a few lines, and if you have to, Limited botox. The more weight you lose and the more injections you get, many Women including the 20 - 30 year olds that are over doing it with the needle Are going to look older because you can see it's not a natural look, and, most people Will associate the skinny, botoxed, flat rock belly look with a Woman past 45 who wants to look 30 again.

All of what you stated is me. I lost weight and now I'm full menopause. The anxiety slowed down. I have frozen shoulder pain still, and plantar fascitis issues at bay, but I sense they could crop back up. Fun getting older. I am in a sleep pattern, and I am getting almost a full nite of sleep. But that could change.
