Good workout, Tracy! I liked the no repeat format. I don’t have instagram, but I would have voted that I prefer timed workouts. I did get a little discouraged during the six by six because I didn’t feel like I had time to switch weights. I like longer workouts! I would like you to do another 60 minute workout. Body weight or cardio and strength.😊

This was a super intense short workout. Love all the excercises for having not enough time to do a longer workout. The dumbell training in the rounds are fun but intense too. I’m glad I joined this one. Thank you Tracy.😃👍💪❤️

I love your 45 min workouts the best. But this last 30 min. WO was great. I just added a 20 min. Yoga afterwards. 💕

Hi Trac! That was a challenge for me! Wow! I’m getting out of shape due to my age, also I have been slacking. My bad. So thankful for you. Just not sure which of your workouts I should do to keep my 57 year old muscles? I don’t want too much cardio, but definitely more weights. Thanks for all you do.🙏💕😅

I loved this workout! I did it twice as I saw some other people did. I was tired after the first time but my muscles definitely felt worked after the second time. I went medium/heavy first time and lightened up the second time around. I do like repeat 6x6's, but this was fun! I'm sweaty and tired! Thanks Tracy.

@@TracySteenMoveDaily it was..but it was fun too..so that really helped. I went at least 2 pounds less than you lifted on the second round and swapped out the harder cardio for low impact.

Yes! However, like u said at the end I have been following you for a long time so I know the exercises and follow your weights. But it was nice to do the set and know I didn’t have to see it again 😂 bc 6x6 is always a challenge for me

Loved the workout!! Long time follower, first time to comment. Please, don’t cut out the sound of your footsteps and breathing during cardio. It really throws me off and I feel like I’m working out with robot. Otherwise, your workouts are the bomb!
