I have been exercising almost daily with your videos for cardio and strength since the pandemic. I am 74 and have more strength and stamina now than when I was in my sixties. Good to know everything I need and more. Also need core hip and back and pelvic strength as well. Looking to lose weight fain muscle and tone up in the process of losing a lot of extra weight and tightening up lose skin as I go. Already lost about 60 pds since last July but I need movement and strength and resistance training but I'm 58 with a unaligned spine and hips and need something gentle but yet effective.

This has become my favorite online walking video. I appreciate the calm choice of color, as well as the calm voice of the presenter. I'm tired of being yelled at and having fake conversation among people on stage. The level of difficulty and heart rate increase is perfect, at least for me. Kudos and keep it going.

I don't consider myself a senior, but I'm close (58). I used to be fit and exercised regularly, but I put on weight during covid and have struggled to get motivated to exercise. I also have a knee and ankle issues so I prefer simple moves. Your video ended up in my stream, and really enjoyed it. Your positive attitude and simple moves are just what I need. I’m 63 and I used to work out in my 20-40’s that is until I suffered a back and neck injury. I can’t do much of anything, workout wise, that won’t send me into a week or more of debilitating pain. I found your channel about a month ago and have really been enjoying the variety of workouts. Def a senior, almost 72, and I find that the workouts are a bit challenging but I can keep up and I really like that. I'm not very coordinated with arms and legs but I can do the movements. Thanks for creating for us "seniors" who still want to move but not exhaust or injure.

Love this thank you! I’m unable to walk long distances due to a chronic back issue so this is perfect. I find it too fast so I slow down the playback speed to one that suits me and hit pause whenever I need to take a break. 😅

Agreed on the fast pace. My cranky back is too vulnerable with the faster pace, so workouts that are about half a beat slower would be great

Just Fabulous Lauren, Loving the diversity in this workout and that it was not "snore impact". After leading group fitness classes for 40+ years, having a THR in 2019 at the age of 58, I have struggled to find a channel that challenges me while ensuring form, safety ad modification is not compromised!! Yours is definately it and in the top 3 of my weekly rotation of workouts

THANK YOU for this routine! I am only 38, but have a slew of issues plaguing my fitness journey. Most cardio videos I have tried are beyond my ability in terms of intensity, but also in movement! With HIIT and Zumba style routines, complex (for me) micro movements are always part of the deal. I also struggle to coordinate doing different movements with my arms, legs, and core at the same time. This routine is effective (I'm breathing hard and sweating) and yet simple enough for me to understand how to move my body. I can't wait to fully recover from this ankle injury so I can really put some energy into this routine! Regardless of age, some of us just need a little extra help building up to high intensity workouts and this video is an excellent starting point! I really appreciate it!

I’m 82 years old and have serious osteoporosis. This is a great way to help get in 5,000 steps/day. The movements are not difficult but definitely get the heart rate up. I find it easy enough to do the exercises daily and definitely beats walking on a boring treadmill at the gym.

I found your video yesterday started with stretch, then I did the 20 minute walk. Today, I did the stretch first then the walking weight loss. Thank you for these videos. Before covid I taught a senior zumba class, but sitting home doing basically nothing for 3 years I am totally out of shape and I've gained 15 pounds. I'm hoping your videos will get me back to precovid activities.

Thank you for this doable workout. I have leg issues from a car accident in 2018 and walking exercising can be brutal. Today was good day, and it was leg friendly.

Very good incendiary workout! I've been training with you Lauren for 3 months now and I've been doing every workout to the fullest, even jumping and running. Previously, this was unacceptable for me (I'm 77). And my joints stopped hurting-knees, shoulders, back. Great workouts on the channel! Thank you so much Lauren!

I can’t tell you how thankful I am for you, Lauren!! I’m 53 and have exercised for years but like another person commented, I haven’t been able to find workouts that my body likes. Something that is challenging yet moderate and will keep me working out on a regular basis. I have done your weekly workouts for three weeks now and I can’t say enough how much I love ALL of them! I was hesitant to try since my mom, who is 69, recommended your videos. I was assuming that your videos were for “older” ladies, but I was very wrong! Haha! I have definitely felt challenged but at the same time not wiped out for the day. AND I look forward to the next day of exercising. Thanks Lauren. I was working out by myself and finding it really hard to motivate myself and especially to push myself. I am very active but had given up "real" exercise as my job has me walking all day and working with dogs. I thought that was enough until I noticed how much strength I was loosing. I am 73 and find your videos inspiring yet not too challenging although you can increase the level as you point out along the way. I find it fun to mix up your workouts or do two different ones each day. Keep up the great work!

I found this channel a couple of months ago, and I am very glad I did! I just did this walking workout, which I’ve done before, and I like it. I’m trying to lose some weight before my step-daughter’s wedding in May, and these exercises have been very helpful. They have become part of my daily routine! Just need to keep working on my balance and stability at times. I just turned 56 in February, so this seems perfect for me!! Thank you!!😊

Wow! So not coordinated here but not bad keeping up with my pace. My Heartrate went up to 127 but now it is 89. Just turned 70 recently and need to lose 20#. I do have some BP and colesteral issues. Now if I could just eat right. Thanks so much for your help. You are a blessing.

Love your workouts!!! I'm 66 and used to work out a lot. But when COVID hit the gym closed and I got out of the habit. I continued to do a lot of walking but when the weather is bad that's hard to keep up with. Your videos are helping me to get back in shape. Thank you!!

I recently started with you and absolutely love what you do! I just finished this workout and realized I’m not particularly flexible. Baby steps. Thanks for the options and the “You do you” remark.
