Explanation for non-Estonians. This is a magic spell which used to help butter-making. These spells were collected by ethnographic scientists who recorded things that were remembered by old people in the 1930ies. Another collector of such traditions was Friedrich Reinhold Kreutzwald (1803-1882). I am German with Estonian ancestors from both parents.
