Possibly, I’ve got a few other ideas for series right now so I’ll have to see if I could fit it in. I want to do a few more smaller series like this with some other new games, but I’m still figuring out time-wise what I can do and line up a full week of content.

The salad's are actually a bit less efficient than eating it raw, it takes 20 broccoli to make 10 salads. so you sacrifice a bit of hunger for the happiness bonus!

Thanks for the series, Darren. That compost workshop had me stumped for a while also. Turns out, that graphic grid around the building can/should be ignored. You actually need to unlock the next item in that same branch of the tech tree called "Farms". That allows you to upgrade your current 'Fields' into 'Farms', which are what accept fertilizer for the bonus. Your farmers will automatically spread the fertilizer on their farm plots after sowing is completed each season. The more they're able to spread before harvest time, the better, so I found I had to really up the number of farmers or they'd rarely get much beyond about 30% of the field fertilized before starting to harvest. Great game. Incredibly deep and challenging.

Great series as always Darren :) Just a comment on the caravans. You saw immediately the money change for the first caravan, as you spent more money than earned. So they had to take the extra money with them in order to be able to buy the goods.

Good series, I wouldn't mind it continuing. The final tier stuff looks interesting, but you are a long way off from that. Could you try Kingdoms and Castles, the Wandering Village, or Timberborn? I have all those on my wishlist, but haven't bitten on them yet.

Building two or three Research institute early in the game gets tech points faster than a single school so you can unlock advanced tech and get more food and timber with less workers.

Not sure how I’d possibly have the workforce for that though. I barely had enough workers just to make food.

@@WhatDarrenPlays Each research institute only takes one worker and makes 30 exp output. School makes 20 and ties down student till they reach 19yo. They do make better workers educated, but that puts pressure on your workforce early on. And if you research the tech tree down to forest farm you are set for the timber.

this was painful to watch you know each square have a limited yield meaning you need a bigger area to farm and you need to account for the kids and the people comming because does 2 farms can handle like 50 pop at max
