Wrap your arms around the uncertainty. Accept it. Know that the way things turn out has a lot of luck involved so don’t be so hard on yourself when things go badly and don’t be so proud of yourself when they go well. Focus on process instead.

18:27 what is "five high and five low band"? 17:14 what are some ways to automate it?

"five high and five low band" - it's a exp. moving average with a standard deviation added to it. Similar to a Bollinger Bands which uses a 20 simple moving average by default. Automate your data tracking - I recommend Edgewonk (d2t.link/edgewonk) or MyFxBook (kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpXJpYV-dtN6Z6s).

Great video. Serious question though. He mentioned using 1% per trade. Isn't that too much risk? What happens if there are 20/25 consecutive losing trades?

It means tracking all your trades, then analyzing them to know what works and what doesn't. You can also collect data from a backtest.

I had no issue understanding it. You can slow down the speed of the video if you think they are talking too fast or the accent is too thick.
