Stay away. They are trying to move their liability to the shoulders of common persons. Who dont know how to put case in highcourt. Who will fight with these big companies and portals in courts. No other mechanics is there which will protect buyers.

If the vendor/buyer defaults then only risk mitigation option is SPDC ( Security post dated cheques)..but jo default karta h uska bank a/c bhi khaali hota h.. Isliy i feel third party insurance company ko laana chaiyee for all invoice discounting platforms..In case of default by buyer the insurance company will pay investor on maturity & take up the case to court for its own bharpaii ( loss-cover).

co founder said there is no default till now that is actually good and bad things both. If somebody defaults tradecred has no experience of dealing with it, so they also exactly don't know how to proceed as they are doing it for the first time and nobody knows what will be consequences and this guy saying he will go to court if amazing defaults they can hire good lawyers than trade cred and drag this case in court for years and till then investors money will be stuck.

T&C on the App says that the user is liable to pay annual charges. 2nd You can't close account without a written application, which means uninstalling app doesn't mean user is off the liabilities. Please read the T&C before signing.

Sry sir mai live session attent nahi kar paya, but mere kuch query hai, 1. Agar tradecred ki website hack ho jay ya kabhi khulehi na tab hume details kahan se milenge claim karne ke liye. 2. Sara fund ICICI bank ke account me aata hai or wallet website pe amount sirf reflect karti hai matlab ki pure invester ka paisa 1 hi account me hai unko koi intt. Nahi milega agar wo wallet me 6month pada rahe. 3. No regulatory means aapne bina security invest kar diya hai koi responsible person nahi hoga. Please cleae my query for safe investing. Thanks you

Retailers will invest their hard earned money and in case of default..need to go court it's not risk mitigation .it's pure gamble like you won't even get any money . But is it happen anytime in near future, Is it reliable that tradecread take legal action against defaulter/(s) for 1 bill or 0.001% invester? If answer is 'YES',Then I will say it's not a earning platform, it's a family friend also. And if the answer is 'NO',what I can say- irresponsible. And we are worried because it is not about 1k-2k rupees, it's about more than 50k to 4-5 lakhs rupees. And it's a huge amount for a middle class family.

If a person falls in 30% income tax slab, then this may not be such good investment. Such persons should invest via their non-earning family member, so that tax can be avoided or kept minimal

The cofounders also need to interact directly with the investors, to stay abreast of the problems they face with RMs, customer care, app, process, etc. However, I don't find the email ID or phone number provided on the website. Calling customer care will just make the complaint go round in circles, without any improvement. I am an investor for 4 years, but am thinking of pulling out due to this reason alone.

Wouldn't investing in a savings account like IDFC at 4% be better than investing in Tradecred deals, which offer only 2 to 2.5% growth? Although the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) can be deceptive, such as when investing for 90 days in an Amazon deal where the IRR shows 10%, in reality, one is earning only 2.4%. ( investment amount Rs 2.5 lacs and maturity amount would be Rs 2.56 lacs only)
