I request Justice Manish Pitale to use the test in the case of Delta Corp and deltinrummy. I am sure you will change his Judgement. Apply the concept of a prudent Man to the Test to the above mentioned case. I also believe that Justice Manish Pitale will also take into consideration that it's my right to live with dignity, and with the judgement given earlier I am denied my right to live with dignity. Hope he reads this message or at least it is passed onto him.
