Honestly I have no idea. I started my company back in January this year. I checked everything and I went to see if there were any trademarks. I bought the domain, built website. Built a whole product and brand line. I spent 3 month working non stop on everything by myself. My brand is "Dripped in Jesus" but someone else JUST filed their brand "Drip like Jesus". I'm a Streetwear clothing company and so are they. I don't know. I really don't know what to say.

I just watched a small busienss vlog and she makes starbucks hocus pocus stickers to label her handmade candles 🤣 I am so sick of seeing blantant infriegement i even commented as the second comment to let her know that riding the wave of another companies is IP infringement. Then theres people like me who has been trying to starta a business for a year and I am actually taking the time to make sure I'm not infriging or causing brand confusion. But im stalling because of the fear. Also half the orders i get asked to make i have to say "No to" my friend wanted a custom spiderman shirt for her sons bday and i told her I couldn't and her reply was well I'll find a seller on etsy that can do it 😂 I had to let her know by doing so she was helping another company IP infringe upon disney. So sad.

@TrademarkLawyer - HELP - IN your video above. I could NOT tell from the COLORS who scored what. I would like to know what were the "right" answers because the video went so fast and the COLORS of the BUTTONS did not clearly HIGHLIGHT what was infringement and what was not. PLEASE make the ANSWER far easier to SEE. Maybe change the COLOR ? .....such a shame because it was a really good video. Also, MAKE IT go SLOWER. just my two-cents-worth of feedback. Thank you !
