A married couple becomes emotional as they look to pawn a large painting, a mum-of-three parts with her mother's diamond ring to support her kids, and long-term client Tauren risks losing his prized set of designer watches by falling behind on his loan repayments.
James Constantinou runs pawnbroking shops in affluent Surrey, specializing in luxury or one-off items. His clients range from the very wealthy to the not at all wealthy.

Generally elders have house phones instead of cellular phones. My mother doesn’t understand cell phone usage ( or at least she CLAIMS not to understand) and it’s been a bone of contention in our family. She cannot reach us outside the house, airport, stores. She has a cell phone, but won’t use it. She’s had flight delays and no one knew, she was in a different location in town and we couldn’t find her.
