Here are your Answers. 1] The strategy works on any market that has good volume. Indiced and major stocks are good to trade with this strategy. 2] Timeframes are subjective. For swing trading use a timeframe larger than 1 hour. For daytrading use the regular vwap instead of the ANCHORED VWAP 3] No changes to the settings of the Anchored VWAP. Just turn of the bands in the settings and you are good to go. Hope I answered your questions..

Really Crazy. I'm having a bad year; SBUX is down by $40k, ALLP is down by $35k, Draft Kings is down by $6k, NIO is down by $15K, ABML is down by $8K, and my husband is unaware. I'm only clinging to Jim Cramer's advice regarding opportunities during erratic market conditions in the hopes that I can either wait for a recovery or choose profitable investments to make up for my loss.

Add the RSI Candlesticks and turn the length, up, & down levels to 50 -- candles should be either green or red based off above (green) or below (red) 50 % RSI. Helps with the entry and exit

Sir, In forex pairs SPREAD TRADING do you recommend use of CCI (say on1H chart--cci 7,cci 14, cci30,cci50 values & add all these values on each pairs to spread & compare overpriced/underpriced leg).The pairs got to have correlations of at least 90%(say aud/usd &nzd/usd--aud/jpy &nzd/jpy--eur/jpy & gbp/jpy--gbp/aud & gbp/nzd etc.).Sell the overpriced & buy underpriced. This would give trader starting edge, staying power, size choice & risk control. You would be comparing deflection of prices summed up on multiple time frames(added up/robust) for asset A & B. All wisdom appreciated.

It is anchored on either the lowest point or the highest candle...for e.g if you anchor it on Oct 2008the lowest candle in many years you would see how in 2020 it touched the anchored vwap at7500 and moved up

Timeframes are completly dependent on you as a trader. These strategies should work on all timeframes. Just don't trade them on ULTRA low timeframes like the 1-min or 3-min charts. Anything above that should be good to go. You can trade it on any instrument, forex, crypto, indices, stocks, etc. Any liquid instrument should be good.

I actually dont agree with the advice if your a day trader on the smaller time frames like 2-5 minutes. I use anchored as opposed to standard VWAP day trading on smaller time frames like the 2 minute with 1 standard deviation. Without fail if I place the anchorage at the start of day (midnight) the VWAP and the deviations are respected. I agree that at the change/start of a trend is good placement. It seems that most on youtubers forget about ultra scalpers/ day traders and discuss higher time frames only.

Just add RSI(2) for extra confluence. It works for me every time - over 50% profit on average in 3 years.

Timeframes are really subjective. If day trading is your goal, I would suggest using the regular VWAP . Anchored Vwap is designed for higher timeframe or swing traders.
